Premiering its new Astra Sports Tourer, Opel/Vauxhal wanted to showcase the car’s revolutionary design features.

 

Total Immersion developed an Augmented Reality experience in multiple languages to be featured on Astra Sports Tourer micro sites.

Designed to highlight and leverage the car’s innovative design features, including the FlexFold rear seat system, Total Immersion’s AR Astra comes to life when the photo is held before a webcam.  Viewers and potential customers can rotate the car for full 360 degree views, display features, launch videos, and spur interactive gameplay. 

The AR experience gave Opel/Vauxhal’s microsites a new level of engagement, added buzz to the product launch and supported the brand’s reputation for innovation.
