Nathan: A revolutionary solution for the world of books

French book publisher Nathan wanted to engage young readers by offering a new twist on their encyclopedia.

Total Immersion created the first Augmented Reality book in France, taking the “pop-up” concept to exciting new levels.

The Dokeo Comment Ca Marche? children’s encyclopedia includes special pages that come to life, each time with a different Augmented Reality themed scenario: movie, contemplative or interactive.  For example in the film, a helicopter emerges out of the page and “lands” on the hand of the reader.

The first of its kind publication created buzz, spurred sales and won Best Innovative Cultural Product 2009 from LSA Magazine.
