The Most Interactive UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour presented by UniCredit

5 weeks, 5 countries and almost 47,500 fans saw the trophy for real and celebrated football during this interactive road show in September and October 2013.

As proud sponsor of the UEFA Champions League, UniCredit wanted to offer to consumers a more interactive exhibition than ever before.

In front of a Giant Screen equipped with a depth camera, visitors were invited to play with virtual football players:  Penalty shootout with a 3D ball, take pictures and trigger a colourful confetti explosion.

At the end of the multimedia exhibition, several big Kiosks were installed to immerse fans into a virtual football stadium and invite them to celebrate a goal and take a picture. Thanks to a RFID card, fans were able to get their photo and share it on Facebook, ensuring a multi-million total audience.

The Giant Screen and the Interactive Kiosks were developed and installed by Total Immersion, the worldwide leader in Augmented Reality, using their AR software D’Fusion. The scenario and concept have been developed in collaboration with Auditoire for United State of Fans.
