2D Designer

- Experience with mobile interface design (ideally iPhone, iPad, Android)
- PhotoShop/Illustrator expertise in designing attractive and functional user interfaces for digital media
- Strong storyboarding abilities
- Pitch presentation creation/PowerPoint deck creation expertise

User Interface Designer

The ideal candidate will have:

3D Generalist
Positions open in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo. For L.A.: Must be able to work on site in Miracle Mile Offices (Wilshire at Fairfax).
We are looking for 3D Maya Generalists to help us to complete several high profile projects in the near future. We require the help of Maya artists with animation/modeling/texturing/rigging skills to help us speed through this process. We are looking for artists with a wide range of skills that can work on a project from start to finish.
Must be able to:
- Work with Maya on Windows
- Experts in real-time Maya animation and modeling
- Be willing to work 40 but up to 50-60 hours a week if necessary
- Must be able to work at our office (located in the Miracle Mile)
As a Generalist you must be able to work in Maya at a professional level in:
- 3D Modeling
- UV layout and texturing
- Character rigging and skinning
- Object and character animation

iOS and Android Mobile Programmer

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience programming iPhone and/or Android game applications for mobile and getting them to market (app stores)
- Experience with 3D and 2D
- Knowledge of Objective C, Java, C++ and/or Lua
- Passion for creating mobile Augmented Reality applications
- Game development experience
- Understanding of real time video formats and aspect ratios
- Ability to successfully interface with internal teams as well as external clients

Delivery Engineer (Lua, Java, C++)
Positions open in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo. For L.A.: Must be able to work on site in Miracle Mile Offices (Wilshire at Fairfax).
We are currently looking for Contractor engineers who are proficient in C++, Java, or Lua scripting to learn additional skills in our proprietary software platform (D’Fusion) in order to perform contract work for Total Immersion. We make applications for mobile (iOS and Android), web, kiosk, and more.
Once trained, TI services team will identify opportunities for you to work on-site on specific projects on a Contractor basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of game developer experience preferred
- Experience with 3D and 2D (preferred)
- Experience with Lua, C++ or Java. Ogre experience also a plus
- Understanding of real time video formats and aspect ratios
- Experience programming iPhone and/or Android game applications for mobile and getting them to market (app stores)
- Ability to work with Design and Engineering team to create the best solutions to quickly integrate our software on the customer end
- Ability to react to design changes quickly with support for new or changed features
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills

Project Manager
Positions open in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo. For L.A.: Must be able to work on site in Miracle Mile Offices (Wilshire at Fairfax).
The Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management and oversight of development efforts for one or more projects. This includes project planning, developing requirements documents and technical product specifications, managing project budgets, scheduling and managing cross functional resources, translating client requirements into formal agreements and plans concluding in the client’s acceptance of the project deliverables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop project plans and manage the cost, scope, schedule and quality for the project from beginning to end
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans as needed
- Work with Creative and Sales to assist in the creation of requirement documents to develop high quality AR solutions
- Provide creative, technical, and financial input on all projects
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the delivery team members and contractors to lead them to a successful project deliverable
- Build, develop and grow all business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and senior management in a timely and clear fashion
Requirements/Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a project management role for a creative, mobile, web, or software development organization
- Experience in entertainment and/or digital media is a plus
- The ideal candidate must have demonstrated the ability to make sound decisions and meet deadlines with a strong track record of success
- Experience managing cross functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
